Imagine going from appointment to appointment spending all day closing deals! – that’s how simple this job is.  You lead a team of marketing professionals who schedule your appointments for you.  All you do is meet with clients, answer their questions and close deals – it’s THAT simple!  Your Marketing Team will pre-screen each appointment so each appointment will be eligible for our products and services and you aren’t wasting your time.



Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales you will set the pace – working along side the Territory Managers on your team.  This is a sales producing position with management responsibilities.  You will assist Territory Managers in developing and managing their teams of marketing professionals who use every marketing resource available to schedule and pre-screen potential clients and schedule your daily sales consultations.

As you personally produce, you will be explaining and demonstrating the most cutting edge home automation products and services available so a good basic knowledge of technology is a must! We will provide equipment specific training so previous home automation or alarm experience is not necessary.

Requirements Necessary –

  • Proven Results:  Two to Five years direct sales experience with documented sales successes – Be Prepared to prove you’re #1.  This is the position everyone wants and we’ll only take those who’ve paid their dues and earned it.  If you don’t have at least 2 years of sales successes – please apply for our Marketing Assistant, or Senior Marketing Assistant positions.  
  • Education:  Bachelors degree or equivalent experience mandatory – MBA Preferred. 
  • Management Experience – Sales Management experience is required – in a quota driven environment.  Experience managing people – including recruiting, training, hiring / firing is also necessary. 

The Details

This is an experienced sales manaement position requiring previous direct selling and management experience. You will be expected to establish and maintain a quota of appointments and closings in your assigned Territory and with your assigned Territory Managers.  Your pay rate per closed sale varies based on volume, between $200-300 per closed account, and will be eilgible for override commissions from the Territory Managers on your team.  You will meet with up to 8 people each day and have the potential great earnings if you can close. You will report directly to the VP or Company President.
